Review and Tasting

Sampled on 25/08/2012

Appearance:

Clear , pale gold.

Aroma:

Cereal, zesty lemon and orange with cacao, dedicated coconut, green apple skin and oaky vanilla.

Taste:

Vanilla and creamy chocolate/crème caramel, pear fruit, toffee and faint cinnamon spice.

Aftertaste:

Long. Cereal and oak with pear skin fruit and light cinnamon spice. A fruit malt with bags of vanilla and just enough oak spice. Enjoyable rather than challenging.
