Launched in 1962, Jacquart use the word Mosaïque (meaning mosaic) to represent the patchwork of families across the Reims region that produce the grapes used to make this champagne, a Chardonnay dominated blend of 35-40% Chardonnay, 30-35% Pinot Noir and 25-30% Pinot Meunier.

The blend contains 20% reserve wines and ageing on the lees takes between 3-4 years.
