Launched in 2004, this 12 year old Speyside single malt is matured in a combination of first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, refill American oak casks and Spanish sherry butts. It benefits from a marrying period in Spanish oak sherry butts prior to bottling.

Clear, pale straw golden.
Pita bread maltyness with white fruit, hints of subtle peatiness and floral honeysuckle.
Toasted bread maltyness, succulent pear and crisp apple fruit with just enough charcoal and peaty smokiness and dry nutty wood.
More dry nutty notes emerge with subtle lingering peat smoke. Wonderfully rounded and flavoursome.
