Review and Tasting

Sampled on 02/09/2012

Appearance:

Clear, pale straw golden.

Aroma:

Pita bread maltyness with white fruit, hints of subtle peatiness and floral honeysuckle.

Taste:

Toasted bread maltyness, succulent pear and crisp apple fruit with just enough charcoal and peaty smokiness and dry nutty wood.

Aftertaste:

More dry nutty notes emerge with subtle lingering peat smoke. Wonderfully rounded and flavoursome.
