This unfiltered and unpasteurised strong Belgium ale is sold under the name ‘Quintine Biere De Noël’ during the pre-Christmas season and Quintine Ambrée the rest of the year. It is made with caramel malt then lagered for 10 days in German oak casks and is named after a witch of local legend.
