Introduced in 2009, RumChata is based on Caribbean rum with dairy cream and flavoured with natural and artificial flavours. The cream has been homogenized with the rum and the alcohol acts as a preservative so once opened RumChata can be stored at room temperature for 6 months.

Appearance:

(Sample bottle use by 16/Sep/18) Opaque, cream colour.

Aroma:

Vanilla, cinnamon, coconut, biscuity, brazil nuts and butterscotch fudge.

Taste:

Vanilla and butterscotch fudge, rum and raisin ice-cream, cinnamon and nutmeg, with hints of chocolate.

Aftertaste:

Buttery and creamy with vanilla and light spice.

Overall:

Creamy vanilla and cinnamon laced with rum.
