Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Like the 2010 vintage, dried apricot and passion fruit influence earthy potato skin.
Taste:
Baked potato skins with fruity esters presenting as citrus and tart berry fruit. Faint note of hairspray does not detract.
Aftertaste:
Dry earthy and charcoal with slight citrus note.
