A low-alcohol English pale ale brewed with English hops and barley.
Sampled on 19/06/2013
(31-Jul-12) Clear, coppery amber with retentive medium white head.
Subdued caramel and burnt sugar malt and faint metallic hops.
Thin and lacking body (not just alcohol). Light maltyness with Muscovado sugar-like flavour (but not sweetness). Nothing bad as such – just very little at all.
Equally bland caramel finish. Light in alcohol and flavour.
