Produced in partnership between TV presenter and Cotswold farmer Adam Henson and the Butcombe Brewery, this West Country bitter is made using Maris Otter malted barley from Adam’s farm and Herefordshire hops supplied by Charles Farm.

Appearance:

(04-Jul-13) Clear, coppery amber with a long lasting white head and good lacing.

Aroma:

Light grassiness, barky wood and toasty biscuit.

Taste:

Pronounced grass, pine resin and citrus hops with faint aniseed.

Aftertaste:

Lingering pine resins.
