Matured for 12 years, this respected Highland single malt has long lost the Red Squirrel from its label but this has been replaced by a more striking and informative text-led de-sign on a dumpy decanter-style bottle.

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Cigars freshly out of a humidor, soft leather and lemon zest with dark bitter chocolate, hazelnut shells, faint smoke, dried fruit and spearmint.

Taste:

Gentle easy, almost silky with soft nutty leather, dried fruit, sweet honeyed maltyness, vanilla and bubblegum-like notes balanced by faint peat, citrus and dry spicy oak.

Aftertaste:

Malty bread, citrus and wisps of peaty smoke.
