Appearance:

Clear, mid golden amber.

Aroma:

Chargrilled broccoli and freshly shelled walnuts with new leather, stewed pear, pear drops and a dusting of cinnamon and ginger.

Taste:

Almost creamy mouth feel. Slightly bitter, burnt, spicy palate with dried fruit and hot ginger spice.

Aftertaste:

Lingering ginger spice.
