This Indian pale ale is hopped with Australian Galaxy, Stella and Topaz varieties and brewed using the The Kernel brewery’s traditional British Maris Otter pale malt.

Appearance:

Cloudy, deep amber with thin but lasting white head and good lacing.

Aroma:

Floral hedgerow and spruce needle hops, with gooseberry fruit and underlying doughy bread malt with a yeasty prickle.

Taste:

On the bitter side with pronounced hop influence. Nutty creaminess initially before hop acidity kicks in. Almost green walnut /cobnut note mid palate.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering pine and floral hops. Heartily favoured sipping rather than session ale.
