This Welsh pale ale is brewed using a blend of malts including Extra pale, Cara Gold and Cara Malt. They first hop it with Galaxy, Dana, Columbus and Nelson Sauvin hops and afterwards dry hop with extra Galaxy and Columbus hops. This beer’s production was limited to just 12 casks and 850 bottles.

Appearance:
(sample best before May-13) Cloudy, coppery amber with one finger-thick ivory coloured head and light lacing.
Aroma:
Dried apricot, Naval orange zest and pine needle hop aromas.
Taste:
Heavily hopped and aggressively dry and bitter with apricot fruit and orange citrus.
Aftertaste:
Lingering bitterness and orange zest.
