Owned by Central European Distribution Corporation (CEDC), Parliament vodka is believed to be made at the company's Urozhay Distillery from Russian wheat neutral spirit and spring water drawn from the 250-meter deep Urozhay spring. The multistage filtration process includes the use of milk.
First developed in 1998, production of Parliament Vodka started in 2000 with exports to Germany, one of the brand's main markets commencing in 2004. Since July 2008, the German importer has been Hamburg based Borco-Marken-Import Matthiesen GmbH & Co. KG.

Very clean with faint sweet white bread aromas and white pepper spirit.
Clean and fairly neutral in character with very slight sweetness and aggressive black and white peppery spice.
Peppery spiced finish.
