Single distilled using wine from both the Ténarèze and Bas-Armagnac regions, aged five to seven years.

Review and Tasting

Appearance:

Clear, deep coppery amber with burnished copper highlights.

Aroma:

Caramel, fruitcake, prunes and pistachio with cherry, marzipan-almond, vanilla, mocha coffee and orange zest.

Taste:

Slight sweetness to a fruity palate with dry walnut oak, prunes, ginger bread and nutmeg. Parma violet emerges and chocolate emerge.

Aftertaste:

Caramel, pistachio laden fruitcake with subtle nutmeg and cinnamon spice. A fruity, floral sweetie.
