Appearance:

Opaque yellow/brown with fine bubbles.

Aroma:

Pasteurised lemon juice, ginger conserve and crystallised ginger.

Taste:

Very sweet palate led by ginger conserve and crystallised ginger balanced with freshly grated ginger root and citric acid.

Aftertaste:

Finishes with mild, drying ginger spice and peppery notes.
