Appearance:

Clear, scarlet red.

Aroma:

Cinnamon and chilli spice.

Taste:

Initially syrupy and sweet before chilli heat emerges and builds with sweet cinnamon.

Aftertaste:

Lingering chilli and cinnamon spice/heat with slight citric acidity.

Overall:

When first launched in 2013 this product was "Hot Spicy" and it was just that. This tamer "Spicy" syrup is a useful ingredient to add a touch of spice to cocktails.
