Review and Tasting

Sampled on 07/06/2010

Appearance:

Clear, golden with glints of burnished copper.

Aroma:

Vanilla-flavoured buttered hot cross bun with honey coated toffee apple and wisps of oak.

Taste:

Big palate with generous layers of honey, spice, vanilla and smoky oak. Mint freshness bursts out between the layers.

Aftertaste:

Long, satisfying finish with just enough elegant oak.
