Released in July 2011, as the name suggests this represents the 11th release from St. George’s Distillery since the distillery’s first bottling in 2009, it is also the first heavily peated whisky to be produced in England. (A cask strength Chapter 11 was also released at 59.7%.)

Clear, pale yellow.
Vanilla, new leather, fresh green pear skin and buttery biscuits with white pepper and ginger spice. Water brings out the pear with green apple skin.
Grainy barley, gentle salty peat and gingerbread with lemon zest and grilled pineapple.
Salty, gently peaty finish with brazil nuts.
