Tempus Fugit Liqueur De Violettes is a micro-batched liqueur based on a mid-19th-century French recipe, and is made with hand-harvested French violets from Côte d'Azur, a region known for cultivating flowers for the world's finest perfumes.

It has a lower sugar content and more pronounced floral profile than is typical of crème de violette liqueurs.

Appearance:

Clear, bright fuchsia pink. (Not the right colour for an Aviation cocktail.)

Aroma:

Palma violet and rose petal.

Taste:

Slightly soapy violet blossom, faint cherry and delicate white pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

A continuation of the palate with more spice emerging.
