This 15 year old was distilled in 1998 and the casks it was used to fill were personally selected by Billy Stitchell and bottled in 2013 as that year’s “Special Festival Edition”. The release was limited to 3,000 individually numbered bottles only available in person directly from the distillery.

Appearance:
Light to mid golden with heavy beading.
Aroma:
Earthy, zesty orange marmalade with light smokiness, leather and faint coal tar.
Taste:
Wonderfully sweet with rich fruity spice, peppery prickle and faint smoke. Chewy mouthfeel.
Aftertaste:
Long, lingering leather, marmalade, gentle salt and pepper spice. Faint peaty creosote.
