Made in the relatively lowlands of Matatlan by Abad Guillermo Hernandez, a third generation master distiller Memo using organic Espadin that he skilfully farms with traditional cultivating techniques. Distilled in copper over log wood fires. This joven mezcal is “adjusted” using spring water.

Rain after sun minerality with slight vegetal note.
Slightly sweet fabulous agave character, gentle smoke and cooked pear and apple fruitiness.
Lingering minerality and agave smokiness.
