Appearance:
Clear, deep greeny-yellow. With water louches cloudy dirty milky yellow.
Aroma:
Liquorice, fennel and aniseed with earthy rooty notes and white pepper spice. Water amplifies deeper rooty notes and herbal spice.
Taste:
Slighty bitter, earthy rooty aniseed.
Aftertaste:
Herbal aniseed finish.
