Clear, pale straw golden with gleaming luminosity.
Peaty smoke, Elastoplast, soot and creosote with salty sea air and sweet freshly sliced apple fruit.
You’ll need water to tame this monster, but water also amplifies wonderful creamy vanilla pastry (cream slice) which balances the salty, spicy smoky peat.
Sweet tar, salty butter and lingering bonfire smokiness.
