Appearance:
Clear, golden amber with bright burnished copper glints.
Aroma:
Marzipan, cherries, Bakewell Tart, floral daffodils and faint liquorice.
Taste:
Gilled almond, marzipan with dried apricot and red grapes. Slightly sweet with light cinnamon spice.
Aftertaste:
Almond biscotti with light white pepper spice.
