The third whisky in Highland Park’s Valhalla Collection inspired by the character traits of the Norse Gods, Freya is named after the Norse Goddess of Love. This 15 year old limited edition is presented in a wooden frame designed to echo the contours of a Viking long ship.

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Vanilla, flaked almond, bourbon biscuits, toffee and Milky Bar Kid white chocolate with a faint whiff of bonfire smoke, cinnamon spice and dried apricot.

Taste:

Vanilla fudge, caramel and lemongrass with marine saltiness, demerara sugar, delicate peatiness and ginger spice.

Aftertaste:

Honeycomb, toffee, toasted coconut, nutmeg and cinnamon.
