Clear, dark reddy-brown (almost opaque)
Aroma:
Pungent peppermint, liquorice and spice.
Taste:
Bittersweet with rasping gentian dryness with mint tea, citrus and rooty notes.
Aftertaste:
Long lingering with stewed fruit, mint and lingering rootyness.
