Appearance:

Clear, coppery amber with burnished copper glints

Aroma:

Baked apples, light muscovado sugar, red grapes, moist fruit cake and cinnamon with honeysuckle and rose floral aromas

Taste:

Lightly cinnamon spiced, nutty and floral with toasty sandalwood and buttery almond. Subtle floral flavours

Aftertaste:

Stewed plums, almond and cinnamon spice
