Champagne Thiénot Brut is a blend of 45% Chardonnay from Avize, Mesnil-sur-Oger; 35% Pinot Noir from the premier and grand cru vineyards of Aÿ, Rilly-la-Montagne and Hautvilliers and 20% Pinot Meunier from Cumières and Damery, plus 20% reserve wine.

Appearance:
Clear, pale straw-yellow with plentiful small bubbles.
Aroma:
Green apple, citrus zest and fresh apricot with delicate floral aromas.
Taste:
Light bodied and well balanced with lemon citrus acidity countering ripe apple.
Aftertaste:
Citrus and green apple.
