A single cask Highland malt distilled in 1997 at Clynelish and aged 16 years in a sherry hogshead which yielded 339 bottles. Part of a range of malts released by Wemyss in April 2014, each representing a different whisky region and named after flavours reminiscent of the whisky’s character.
Bottled without chill-filtration or added caramel colouring.

Clear, light golden amber.
Buttery vanilla, red apple, cinnamon, white peach and toasted almond with honey. Water amplifies fruit with lime, red apple and ripe peach.
Sweet cereal, cinnamon spice and ripe red apple. With water: sweet honey, new leather, tobacco leaves and milk chocolate.
Red apple and cinnamon spice and faint coffee. More coffee beans with water.
