Masons Yorkshire gin is distilled in 200 litre batches and is hydrated with Harrogate Spring Water.
Each bottle is individually hand-numbered with corresponding batch number. The producers refuse to divulge the botanicals used to flavour this gin.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Reminiscent of a Dutch jenever with currants and malty bready notes - sticky hot cross buns, eucalyptus, coriander, lemongrass and candied orange peel.

Taste:

Candied orange peel, zesty lemon and coriander with piney juniper and malty notes.

Aftertaste:

Candied orange peel and hot cross bun with mild spice. Those seeking classically styled gin should avoid this Dry Yorkshire Gin but some with consider it delightfully different.
