Fire Eater liqueur is based on Early Times Kentucky bourbon whiskey blended with cinnamon and sugar. It is packed in a flamboyantly coloured circus-themed sleeved bottle and is designed to be consumed as a shot.

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Pungent cinnamon with fruity orange, thyme, bay leaves and faint aniseed.

Taste:

Sweet and syrupy buttery popcorn with partly balancing hot cinnamon and pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Red pepper corns and warming cinnamon heat.

Overall:

A liqueur for those with a sweet tooth who like muscular cinnamon spice. Despite the Early Times branding there is little bourbon character.
