Appearance:

(sample best before 28/Sep/15) Clear, very pale green tint with plentiful large bubbles.

Aroma:

Fragrant elderflower blossom with hints of lychee.

Taste:

Floral elderflower with sweet lychee and faint grapefruit.

Aftertaste:

Lingering elderflower and citrus acidity.
