A real ginger beer made with fermented Chinese ginger root and flavoured with pear juice, lemon, cream of tartar and herbal infusions.

Appearance:

(sample best before 28/Jun/15) Faintly hazy, pale straw with faint green hue. Plentiful large bubbles.

Aroma:

Freshly sliced ginger root, ginger bread and lemon zest.

Taste:

Muscular root ginger heat and flavour with powerful citric acidity.

Aftertaste:

Long, very long lasting warming ginger spice. Warms the cockles. Powerful ginger flavour will perhaps be too powerful for some.
