A foaming agent and an ingenious - and trademarked - plastic pump injects air into this liqueur to create a foam as it is dispensed. The pump is designed so that it works whether you hold the bottle horizontally or vertically.

Appearance:
Thick foam, lurid emerald green with uneven bubble size. (We spayed the foam into a glass and found it quickly dissipated to liquid - lacks the stability found in other flavours in the Bols foam range).
Aroma:
Clean, intense peppermint.
Taste:
The palate echoes the nose with pure, clean peppermint.
