Appearance:

(26/Sep/14) Cloudy, golden amber with the lightest of effervescence and thin white head.

Aroma:

Earthy stewed apples.

Taste:

Medium dry with moderate carbonation. Caramelized apple, cooking apple with light sweetness partially balanced by mild crisp acidity.

Aftertaste:

Lightly sour apple and flaky pastry.
