A special release of San Francisco's respected No. 209 Gin which has been aged for 149 days in a medium toasted Taransaud French oak cask which previously held Rudd Sauvignon Blanc wine at the Rudd Oakville Estate in Napa Valley. Leslie Rudd owns the winery and also founded Distillery No. 209.

Appearance: Clear, pale straw yellow.
Aroma: Hay, tinned sweetcorn, chamomile and green grapes with citrus, cardamom, resinous spruce needles and cooked lime (lime cordial).
Taste: Wonderfully fruity. Juniper, candied orange and lime peel, buttery lightly spiced oak and mild cardamom spice with faint grape sweetness.
Aftertaste: Cardamom shines in the spicy juniper finish with lemongrass.

Hay, grilled pineapple, zesty cooked lime (lime cordial), chamomile and green grapes with cardamom and resinous spruce needles.
Piney juniper, intense fruity candied orange and lime peel, buttery lightly spiced oak and mild cardamom spice with faint grape sweetness.
Cardamom shines in the cracked black pepper spiced juniper finish with lemongrass.
A powerful aged gin with piney, juniper tropical fruit, warming spice, fruity candied orange and lime peel.
