Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Wonderfully clean, faint cream-of-soda vanilla and brown bread with very mild peppery spice.
Taste:
Clean with creamy mouthfeel and enlivening cracked black pepper spice with faint toasted brown bread and vanilla.
Aftertaste:
Cracked black pepper with faint vanilla, toasted almond, raisins and toasted brown bread. Very faint star anise/fennel lingers.
Overall:
Slightly sweet, creamy mouthfeel with faint cream-of-soda vanilla and very faint star anise/fennel.
