Made in small batches of 250 cases, Regal Rogue is Australia's first native vermouth, based on a blend of Australian Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon wine flavoured with thyme, lemon myrtle, hyssop, lemongrass, sage, sage, oregano, basil and vanilla.

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Lime zest, asparagus, bark, oregano, thyme and lemongrass with cut grass and elderflower.

Taste:

Dry (very dry for a Bianco)

Aftertaste:

Dry, bitter finish. Lingering grape, cinnamon, black pepper and thyme. Overall: bitter notes are perhaps a little too forceful.
