Appearance:

Slight haze, pale golden.

Aroma:

White grapes, boiled sweets (card candy), cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and pistachio nuts.

Taste:

Dry with aggressive wormwood bitterness offset by honey and vanilla with strong spice influence.

Aftertaste:

Lightly spiced mineral finish with mild cinnamon spice.
