Review and Tasting

Sampled on 10/11/2014

Appearance:

Clear, pale-mid golden amber.

Aroma:

Lime zest, cut grass and crushed mint leaves with slight salt and earthiness. With water lemon oil, pastry, sea salt and white pepper.

Taste:

Old cut grass, honey, lemon zest and faint salty smoke. Lightly salty peat and lemon oil with water. Indeed a splash of water is essential to experience this malt at its best.

Aftertaste:

Lemon oil, honey and sappy oak.
