Appearance:

Aroma:

Pungent ripe pear flesh and skin with red apple and white pepper.

Taste:

Pear skin and flesh, red apple and white pepper spirituous spice. Faint notes of parma violet. Superbly clean.

Aftertaste:

Lingering gently spiced pear and red apple.

Overall:

Pear leads this fabulously fruity eau-de-vie with red apple and faint parma violet.
