Appearance:

(sample best before end Apr/16) Clear, pale straw yellow with faint green tinge and weak carbonation.

Aroma:

Floral elderflower with light zesty lemon.

Taste:

Grassy, pear-like elderflower blossom and green grapes with citric and CO2 acidity balancing subdued honeyed sweetness.

Aftertaste:

Pear, cut grass, elderflower and green grapes.

Overall:

Well-balanced with light elderflower and grape this pre-mixed single serve elderflower spritz is certainly a crowd pleaser. However it’s a tad bland, restrained rather than 'wild'..
