Brewed for up to four days using a five-step brewing process in a family-owned brewery, Bundaberg Ginger Beer is lightly sweetened with cane sugar sourced from Australia's Bundaberg region.

Invert the bottle prior to opening to evenly distribute ginger sediment throughout the poured drink.

Appearance:

(sample best before end 13/Feb/16) Hazy, very pale green with lively carbonation.

Aroma:

Rooty, earthy ginger with faint zesty lemon.

Taste:

Good ginger flavour with mild ginger spice. Not overly sweet with light citric acidity.

Aftertaste:

Ginger spice and cleansing lemony citric acidity.

Overall:

Midway positioned on the ginger beer spice scale with citrus acidity balancing light sweetness.
