A Limited Edition bottle in the style of the original bottle, released in 2015 to celebrate Martell's tricentenary.
Created in 1912 by Edouard Martell, Cordon Bleu was first launched at the renowned Hôtel de Paris in Monaco. It was the first post-phylloxera cognac to be released by Martell and is something of a flagship for the brand, characterising the ‘typical’ house style of Martell Cognac.

Appearance:

Clear, deep amber with polished copper glints.

Aroma:

Candied fruit, ginger bread, cinnamon, clove, toasted almond, mocha coffee, candied orange and violet blossom.

Taste:

Intense, round and balanced.Light candied fruit sweetness balances dry nut, delicately spiced oak and mocha coffee notes with raisin, overripe banana and violet led floral notes.

Aftertaste:

Long dry finish with cigar leaf, pastry, toasted almond and violet blossom.

Overall:

Big, robust and spicy with a dry finish.
