Product of: Mexico
This Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal is distilled using exclusively Tobala, a variety of agave liked to truffles due to its rarity and due to its growing in the shade of oak trees at the highest altitude canyons.
This ‘wild’ variety of agave has broader leaves and is much smaller compared to other maguey, consequently more piñas are required to make the same quantity of mezcal.
