Appearance:

(sample bottle before end May/16) Clear, very faint tint of straw yellow.

Aroma:

Subtle overripe mango with very faint coconut flesh.

Taste:

Citric acidity and light carbonation balances mild sweetness. Subtle ripe mango with faint toasted coconut flesh and elderflower.

Aftertaste:

Mango with some sweet coconut.

Overall:

Subtly flavoured, well-balanced and lightly carbonated with ripe mango, faint toasted coconut flesh and floral notes.
