Review and Tasting

Sampled on 06/06/2014

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Restrained butterscotch, toffee and muscovado sugar with light oak.

Taste:

Rich 'burnt' palate with hints of charcoal, vanilla, toffee, fudge, dry walnut and citrus fruit. Faint top notes of what I describe as Bacardi's distinctive mushroom/blue cheese yeast.

Aftertaste:

Citrus and fudge with faint blue cheese.
