Appearance:

Aroma:

Raw pastry, fresh raspberry, flinty mineralality and faint red grape juice with white pepper.

Taste:

Superbly clean with raspberry, red grape sweetness and faint green apple. Cleaning crisp acidity and black pepper.

Aftertaste:

Raw pastry, light raspberry, faint putty-like oiliness (in an attractive way) and black pepper spice.

Overall:

Raspberry-like merlot notes shine in this single varietal grappa which has attractive raw pastry and faint green apple notes.
