Review and Tasting

Sampled on 07/01/2016

Appearance:

Faint haze, pale to mid-golden amber with retentive, moderately thick, white head and light lacing.

Aroma:

White bread crust barley malt with faint ripe mango and melon.

Taste:

Dry with pronounced hop character but approachably so rather than being a hop bomb.

Aftertaste:

Fading fruity malt flavours are replaced by long lingering hop bitterness.

Overall:

A good example of a fruity American-style IPA with well-judged hop bitterness and aromatics.
