Presented in a squeezy bottle with a re-sealable flip top lid, Re'al Agave is made with organic blue agave from Jalisco, Mexico. Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening.

Appearance:

(sample tested BBE Mar/19) Thick – coats and clings to inside of glass. Clear, deep brown amber. Darker in colour than many other agave syrups/nectars.

Aroma:

Caramel, blackened fruit cake and treacle-like roast agave.

Taste:

Intense burnt caramel, treacle and roast agave with a burnt bitter-sweetness. Thick syrupy mouthfeel.

Aftertaste:

Sweet burnt caramel and treacle finish.

Overall:

Darker than many other agave syrups with an accompanying almost burnt note. A useful cocktail ingredient, especially due to being packaged in a "simply squeeze" container with a long shelf-life.
